Kingspan and therefore CaPlast is committed to acting responsibly and in compliance with the law while maintaining high standards of ethics, honesty and integrity in all its dealings with its stakeholders, be they investors, customers, suppliers, its employees or the communities it operates in.
The Code of Conduct sets out the fundamental principles which requires all directors, officers and employees to adhere to in order to meet those standards. These principles apply unconditionally and are supplemented by the provisions of other policies.
