Principle Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct contains our principles for dealing with business partners and third parties. It also regulates the handling of information, confidentiality and data protection, protection against money laundering, and the separation of private and corporate interests.
Principle Code of exploratory spirit
The Code of exploratory spirit sets out our principles for research and development, cooperation and innovation management. Last but not least, it also defines our fundamental attitude of being open to new ideas.
Principle Code of Liability
The Code of liability defines our responsible safety culture and establishes safety rules for workplaces, facilities, products and transport.
Principle Code of Sustainability
The Code of sustainability lists the principles of sustainability to which research and development, purchasing and logistics, production and products, and our social commitment must be aligned.
Principle Code of Teamwork
The Code of teamwork outlines our understanding of cooperation and leadership. Trust and appreciation, motivation and success, recognition and development, teamwork and equal opportunities, work-life balance and the role model function of managers play a special role.
