We are Planet Passionate
As part of Kingspan Group plc, we actively support the 10-year sustainability program Planet Passionate. As part of Planet Passionate, we are committed to reducing our emissions (CO2e) in our production to zero (Scope 1 and 2) and halving the carbon intensity in our primary supply chain. Corporate Policy
Our corporate guidelines are divided into five pillars: vision, goals, principles of conduct, guidelines, and instructions.
Our vision and mission are supported by our clearly defined goals. We clarify how we intend to achieve our corporate goals through our principles of conduct, the third pillar of our corporate guidelines. These principles—set out in five codes—govern how the corporate goals are to be achieved and are supplemented by guidelines and instructions. We strive to embed our core values of honesty, integrity, and compliance with the law in everything we do. Principle Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct sets out our principles for dealing with business partners and third parties. It also governs the handling of information, confidentiality and data protection, protection against money laundering, and the separation of private and business interests.
Principle Code of Exploratory Spirit
The Code of Explorative Spirit sets out our principles for research and development, cooperation, and innovation management. Last but not least, it also outlines our fundamental attitude of being open to new ideas, giving our employees the freedom they need, and constantly challenging and encouraging our “spirit of discovery.”
Principle Code of Liability
The Code of Liability defines our responsible safety culture and establishes safety rules for workplaces, facilities, products, and transportation. Our community is guided by the principle: "Think Safe and Act Safe."

The Code of Sustainability sets out principles of sustainability that guide our research and development, purchasing and logistics, production and products, and our social commitment. All employees are united by the spirit of "We are Planet Passionate," which inspires us every day, both professionally and privately.

The Code of Teamwork outlines our understanding of cooperation and leadership. Trust and appreciation, motivation and success, recognition and development, teamwork and equal opportunities, a clear prohibition of discrimination, the compatibility of family and career, and the role model function of managers play a special role.
