Air- and vapour barriers

CaVap AD 100 SK is an extremely robust vapour barrier with an sd-value greater than 100 metres equipped with an integrated self-adhesive tape, which is used as a processing aid. The membrane consists of a fabric-reinforced polyolefin coating, laminated with an insulating fleece. The extremely resilient membrane is suitable for use as a temporary underlay and is designed as a vapour barrier for on-roof insulation.

With its high sd-value, uncontrolled entry of water vapour into the on-roof insulation system is effectively prevented.

When working with the material it is necessary to observe the applicable standards, the generally recognized rules of manufacturers as well as the CaPlast laying information. Subject to technical modifications.

Fields of application

• Special underlay membrane with rear ventilation
• Vapour barrier for all commercially available on-roof insulation
• Temporary roof covering
• With and without formwork

• Impervious to driving rain
• Extremely high load capacity
• Very high tear resistance and nail tear resistance
• High sd-value
• High outdoor weathering capability
• Integrated, double-sided self-adhesive strip, applied both sides
